Interactive Ecommerce LLC d/b/a Titanwood (“we”) is the data controller for personal information collected through the Valentina service. You can reach us at legal@cosara.com.

Identifiers (phone number, optional first name), conversation content, payment metadata (handled by Shopify and Appstle — we never see your card number), age-verification status (handled by Persona), and standard device/log data when you visit our website.

To provide the Service (run the AI, deliver text messages, bill you), to keep memory persistent across sessions, to comply with legal obligations (record-keeping under applicable adult-content laws), and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your conversations to train third-party models.

With infrastructure providers under contract (e.g. Telnyx, Shopify, Appstle, Persona, Sightengine for automated content-moderation, our cloud host, our LLM vendor) only to the extent needed to run the Service. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect the safety of users.

Active-account data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after account deletion or closure, after which application data is permanently deleted or anonymized. Billing, invoice, and tax records are retained for 7 years to comply with US tax record-retention requirements. You can request deletion at any time; some records may be retained in anonymized form or where retention is required by law.

Depending on where you live (e.g. California, EU, UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data, and to object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, email legal@cosara.com.

Valentina is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us and we will delete the account.

We'll post material changes here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
